Study and Research Resources
Snapshots
was created to show how the Internet can be used to create Bible Study
material. Verses selected for the Sunday message are researched
and supplemental information is gathered from a variety of trusted
sources. You will find some of excellent study resources linked
below.
A caution is required here, however. When finding material on the Internet, it is best to apply prior knowledge of Scriptures and your own theological boundaries to what you find. Anyone can claim to be an expert on the Internet.

Make a point to find and use "Barnes Notes."
Albert Barnes and James Murphy wrote their 14-volume commentary
on the entire Bible (KJV), verse-by-verse from Genesis through
Revelation. Published in the 1800s, it is still well-loved and
well-read by evangelicals who appreciate Barnes' pastoral
insights.
