Ecclesiastes 4:10 If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up.

Commentary: God did not intend for men or women to be alone. Even in friendships, there is value. A true friend is someone who holds us accountable for our actions, actions consistent with a Christ-like life. Therefore, we need to make sure that we choose friends who know what Christ's life was like.
